"The wine has a defined ruby colour, a complex aroma of mature fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) and wood. In the mouth it is smooth and round with smooth tannins and a prolonged aftertaste.   Accompanies grilled or roasted meat dishes, game, patês and cured cheeses.
It should be drunk at a temperature of 16ºC-18ºC."
